Alberto Von Fach’s painting extends his sculptural universe into the space of colour, texture and light. The canvas becomes a territory of matter where gesture, surface and chromatic vibration open a field of free perception.

As in sculpture, pictorial matter is not merely a support. It becomes presence, depth, memory and movement. Colours sometimes seem to arise like inner landscapes, fragments of earth, fire, water or sky.
